Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns Accepted
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once the download link has been provided or accessed. This includes:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase
- Compatibility issues with your software/hardware (please check product descriptions carefully)
- Not liking the product or its content
- Duplicate purchases (please review your order before confirming)
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to cancel or return the product.
2. Defective or Corrupted Files
While we do not accept returns, we do stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a file that is:
- Corrupted or unreadable
- Significantly different from what was described in the product listing
- Missing essential components that were advertised
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate and, at our discretion:
- Provide a corrected/replacement file
- Issue store credit for the full purchase amount
- In rare cases, a full refund (if we are unable to resolve the issue)
3. How to Report an Issue
If you believe your product is defective, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@kitbrace.com with your order number.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue (include screenshots if applicable).
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
- If we confirm a defect, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Important: Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Compatibility & User Error
We provide detailed product descriptions, system requirements, and file formats for every item. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with your software, hardware, and skill level.
- We do not offer refunds for purchases made without checking compatibility.
- We are not responsible for user errors, such as incorrect installation, misuse, or loss of files after download.
- We do not refund if you simply change your mind or no longer need the product.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve a legitimate issue, we reserve the right to:
- Permanently suspend your account and access to purchased products.
- Block your email and IP address from future purchases.
- Provide your payment details and transaction history to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback — we are reasonable and will work with you to resolve genuine issues.
